RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Overview Liel Designs sources products from two fulfilment methods: in-house stock (shipped from our UK warehouse) and items shipped directly from our international partners. Please read the relevant section below based on your order.


IN-HOUSE STOCK — UK & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We have a 14-day return policy. Items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days from the date your order was received, provided they are unworn, unused, with original tags and in original packaging.

Christmas Returns Extension: Orders placed on or after 1st December may be returned up to 15th January of the following year, provided items are unworn, in original packaging with tags attached.

To start a return, contact us at hello@designsliel.com with your order number. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We do not accept in-person returns — postal returns only
  • Include your full name, order number, and items being returned inside the parcel
  • Keep your postage receipt and tracking number — we cannot process claims for parcels lost in transit without these
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of receiving your return
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval
  • We do not refund original delivery charges
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable

Faulty or Damaged Items: Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us within 30 days for any manufacturer defects at hello@designsliel.com. Pre-paid return labels are provided for UK customers who received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period: 

EUROPEAN UNION — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email) to hello@designsliel.com before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and in original packaging. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

ITEMS SHIPPED FROM INTERNATIONAL PARTNERS (TRENDSI)

Some items in our store are shipped directly from our US-based fulfilment partner. These items are clearly identified by a 7–14 day delivery timeframe.

US Customers:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery (from the date tracking shows "Delivered")
  • Items must be unworn, with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns that do not meet the above criteria
  • We do not accept exchanges
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be processed once received
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

UK & International Customers:

  • Our international fulfilment partner does not currently accept returns for orders shipped outside the US
  • If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@designsliel.com within 14 days and we will resolve this for you directly

Non-Returnable Items (International Partner Orders): The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned: Beauty, Bodysuits, Face masks, Intimates & Lingerie, Jewellery, Swimwear.


EXCHANGES We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original purchase and place a new order once your refund is approved.
