Processing Time Please allow 1–3 business days to process your order before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Multiple Warehouses To bring you the best variety, our items ship from multiple warehouses (UK and USA). If you order different types of products, they may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. You will receive a tracking number for each parcel. You will not be charged extra for split packages.
United Kingdom — Free Standard Shipping
- UK in-house stock: 1–3 business days
- Items sourced from our international partners: 7–14 business days (please allow up to 21 days during busy periods or customs delays)
- Express delivery: £5.99 — 1–3 business days (in-house stock only)

International Delivery
- Europe: £14.99 — 10–20 business days

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Liel Designs is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link(s). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
