Shipping Policy — Liel Designs

Processing Time Please allow 1–3 business days to process your order before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We use Multiple Warehouses To bring you the best variety, our items ship from multiple warehouses (UK and USA). If you order different types of products, they may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. You will receive a tracking number for each parcel. You will not be charged extra for split packages.

United Kingdom — Free Standard Shipping

  • UK in-house stock: 3–5 business days
  • Items sourced from our international partners: 7–14 business days (please allow up to 21 days during busy periods or customs delays)
  • Express delivery: £5.99 — 1–3 business days (in-house stock only)

International Delivery

International availability, shipping charges and delivery estimates depend on your destination and the products in your order. Available options and charges are shown at checkout. UK in-house stock is currently configured for UK delivery only.

The following standard transit estimates apply to eligible items fulfilled by our international partner, Trendsi. Estimates are in business days after dispatch and exclude the processing time stated above. They are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; customs processing and busy periods may cause delays.

  • Canada and New Zealand: 8–14 business days
  • Australia: 8–16 business days
  • France, Germany, Belgium, Italy and the Netherlands: 8–14 business days

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Liel Designs is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link(s). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
